The Service Dog Grocery Getter Harness is a form fitting harness that has two detachable grocery bags. It is designed to fit securely on the shape of a dog yet at the same time gives flexibility to the dog's movement. This is a harness that the dog can wear all day long comfortably. When this harness is sized and put on the dog properly it will not slide around or roll on the dog. With double girth straps and a under belly pad the harness sits stable on the dog. The padded underbelly pad is detachable and helps protect the under chest and belly area of the dog. The front chest plate of the harness is also padded for comfort. The front of the harness has two adjustable straps that join to the front chest pad and connect to the girth strap with a wide adjustable strap between the front legs.

The Service Dog Grocery Getter Harness is made from gray ripstop hard-wearing fabric. The underside of the harness is foam padded for comfort, this will help to support the weight of the grocery bags. The harness has a molded handle with two D-rings. The two D-rings that are on each end of the handle will accommodate an optional bridge handle. There is a third D-ring on the harness for attaching a leash. The two side release buckling girth straps are adjustable with no floppy straps hanging loose.

This harness comes with four reflective patches of your choice, they are done with hook & loop backings. Two patches fit above the dogs shoulder area on the harness and the other two patches can be used on front of the grocery bags or if the bags are not being used the patches will fit the bag area. With the reflective patches and the harness being bound with reflective materials it gives this vest added safety while working in twilight hours.

The two grocery bags have expanding sides when holding groceries. There are tuck away handles to carry the bags and hook & loop closing interior flaps on the inside of the bags. These bags fit secure on the harness by two side release buckles and hook & loop. It is important when the dog is carrying the groceries that you evenly load the weight between the two side bags. This will make the dog's job easier and the bags will feel firmer on the dog when walking.

Choose the harness size that fits your dogs behind the front legs girth measurement. Note the back girth strap is slightly shorter to accommodate for a dog's flank area.
