Shipping Transit Times & International Orders 

 

Next Day Air 
Orders placed before 11am (CST) ship same day,
Orders after 11am are processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri)

Express Orders
(FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Express Saver)
Ships within 1-2 business 
days of order receipt.

Ground Orders
(FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Business)
Ships within 4-6 business days of order receipt.

Super Saver Shipping
Ships within 4-6 business days of receiving your order. Package may ship First Class Mail,
Priority Mail, FedEx or FedEx Smart-Post.
If you cannot receive a particular service at your location,
please make note in the comment box when placing your order.
*This service is only available on orders under 4lbs and to locations within the contiguous US.*


**FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box**

If you are having a custom made vest or item we try to have no more than 7-10
business day turnaround time.
We understand how important the working dog is to their handler and we will get your
order to you as soon as possible.

Most countries charge duties & taxes on all imports, please check with your local agencies for this
information as we have no control over those fees.

All packages going FedEx Standard will be charged an additional Brokerage fee
from FedEx in order to cover their responsibility to get your package through customs.

FedEx Expedited and Express have the brokerage fee built into the cost of shipping so you
will not be billed additionally for a broker(duties & taxes still apply)

 

We will not be held responsible for items that are confiscated by Customs officials in your country.
You must make sure the items are allowed in your country before you make your purchase.
Items seized by your country will not be refunded.

Our Return Policy  
 
The item you are returning must not have been used. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
 
Customer pays for the shipping on exchange items.
 
WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS (sewing additional patches on is considered custom)
and or CLEARANCE ITEMS.
 WE DO NOT GIVE CASH (credit card,google or paypal) REFUNDS on any orders;
product exchange ONLY. Store Credits are valid for 1 year only.
 
 
IMPORTANT: VEST AND ANY OTHER CLOTHING (Embroidered Items are Non-Returnable)  ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED MUST BE FREE
OF ALL DOG HAIR, ODOR AND STAINS. 
IF YOUR RETURN ARRIVES WITH DOG HAIR, ODORS OR STAINS, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
IN ORDER TO INSURE A PROPER REFUND, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 
 

Our Return Policy   

No Hassle Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ActiveDogs order, you can return your 
merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be issued RMA # in order for
your return to be processed. The following options are available to you; 

Refund: Items can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment if returned within 30 days. 
A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Exchange: Items can be returned for product exchange. 
Customer is responsible for the shipping charges on the replacement item. 

Online Credit: Items can be returned for an online credit with no restocking penalty. 
Online credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date. 

Cancelling Orders: Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled for a 100% refund if it has
not been processed the shipping department. After the order is sent to the Shipping department we
cannot cancel or change the order for any reason. If you would like to cancel the order by refusing the
UPS delivery a $7.95 fee will be subtracted from your refund for the return postage.

 

Damaged/Defect Goods: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order, 
we will determine wither replacements can be sent immediately or if a claim with the
shipping company needs to be filed. Please keep all original packing materials. 

 

 

Items not available for return:
Kennel Runs, Embroidered Clothing, Customized Items, Vests with additional
patches beyond standard quantity are considered “custom item”. 
Also any items being closed out or items on clearance are non-returnable.

All items being returned must have all original packaging and tags.
All items must be in New Condition, not altered in anyway and must be free of all dog hair.
If items arrive with any of the above issues we will return the product

back to the customer and item will not be processed as a return.  

Returning a Product

1: Please review above policy to ensure your item qualifies for a return.

 

2. Please have your order number and or pack slip number & name on billing address.

 

3. Call or email customer service to request an RMA number. 
    (877-302-1541 or returns@activedogs.com)

 

4. With issued RMA# written on the outside of the package, please ship the items
back to ActiveDogs with a copy of your pack slip or sales receipt.

 

5. Returns can take 7-14 days to process.

 

6. Once your return is processed you will receive an email 
with credit information or an email with your new order details.
