This double layered, 2" wide heavyweight poly collar comes with a rounded, standup handle. It is made with quality welded hardware, and the eyes for the buckle tongue are finished with metal eyelets. The heavy welded D-ring is located just in front of the handle so your lead will not pull the handle off to the side.
